Jio Effect: Idea revives Rs 309 Plan, get more data

While competing with Lions Geo, Idea Cellular has upgraded its Rs 309 plan. Now the subscriber will get 1.5 GB data every day in this plan.

New Delhi: While competing with Reliance Jio, Idea Cellular has upgraded its Rs 309 plan. Now the subscriber will get 1.5 GB data every day in this plan. The validity of this plan for 309 rupees is 28 days. In this way, the user will get 1.2 GB data for 28 days in this plan. 

Prior to this, Idea used to give 1 GB data in this plan, which has increased after the collision with Geo. Idea has also laid down the condition for unlimited calls in the plan. It can be free 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes a week for free calls. When the limit is completed, Idea will charge at 1 paisa per second. In addition, the customer will not be able to call more than 100 unique numbers in a week.

Idea's offer is in line with Geo's 309. Plan for 309 rupees is given, with unlimited calls every day 1GB data is given. Although its validity is of 49 days. That is, the total data is also given 49 GB. Geo has released the Happy New Year 2018 plan, in which Rs.299 per day is being given 2 GB data per day and 299 rupees every day.
