Apple sues patent lawsuit against Siri
Anti-portal Communications has filed a lawsuit against Apple.
SAN FRANCISCO: Non-Professional Entity Portal Communications has filed a lawsuit against Apple, in which allegations of alleged violation of three patents related to the Artificial Voice Assistant Query Systems. Apple uses the same 'seri' virtual assistant.
According to the Teet website, Applecider, Portal Communications said in a lawsuit filed in Eastern Texas Court that three patents related to it were discovered by Dave Barnard, CEO (Technical Solutions) of The Intelx Group.
The Intellectual Property Transfer Portal was transferred to January in January by 'Intellectual Natural Language Query System and Architecture for Processing Voice and Proximity-Based Queries' Patents.
In the complaint of Portal Communications, Mac Commutures has been included, including all iPhone and iPad models. Which are made after 2009. Also included are the Oopod Touch, Apple Watch Series 3, fourth-generation Apple TV, Apple TV4 and the Homepad.
Apple bought Siri in 2010 and integrated it into the hardware of its products. It was first used in the iPhone 4s in 2011. Three years ago, a patent was approved.
