New Delhi: Whatsapp CEO and Co-Fountor Jane Kum have resigned from their posts, along with that they have also announced to be separated from Facebook Ond Whatsapp. According to The Washington Post report, Koom will soon resign from Facebook's board of directors. It is believed that Koot, the CEO of Whatsapp, has taken these steps due to differences with Facebook about data privacy and encryption of the users.

He wrote in the post, "I and Brian started working on whatsapp decades ago. This journey with some special people was fantastic, but now is the time to move forward. I consider myself quite lucky to have a chance to work with this fantastic team. I saw how a very obsessive team could make an app that people around the world use.
